Salary: £28,000-£32,000 (Based of level of experience and training)

 

Job Description

Your role will be:

To assist the Church Pastor in the vision and mission of the church, with specific focus on overseeing and facilitating the children, youth, and family ministry within Bransgore Community Church.

Overall Objectives of the post include:
To assist the Church Leader in the oversight of the whole church community working in specific areas of ministry as directed by him, which may vary from time to time.
To oversee and facilitate the running of both the children & young people’s work in the overall context of an intergenerational church community vision. 
To hold responsibility for developing a whole family discipleship method through relational ministry, the use of your own gifts and encouraging the gifts of others from different age groups within the congregation.
To have a key role in the organisation and planning of church services.

This role carries an Occupational requirement for the post holder to be a Christian.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, as such, the successful post candidate would be expected to complete an enhanced DBS.
